I have really bad dark circles and i think its hereditary, how can i reduce the apearance?

Can someone help me please, i have dark circles under my eyes and they are pretty bad!!! I have a pretty good concealer to cover it up but i need a cream or something to ruduce the appears of my DARK CIRCLES!
