What ethnicity or race makes for the worst neighbors?

All you *** kissing sycophants, makes me want to puke. This isn't a Benetton commercial this is reality people!! No one wants to live near a black family, all that hippity hop yelling, the cops are always there, smells like a vaseline factory exploded. Latinos might even be worse, who wants a **** family next door with 50 of their nearest and dearest falling off trucks and hiding in the cellar? Let alone all that taco bell smelling crap wafting from the windows and that yammering in foreign lingos, bunch of little greaseball head band wearing punks.
