Can I join Pararescue if I go through college?

Hi I am thinking about joining the Air Force and wanted to go into Pararescue. On the AF website, Pararescue Apprentice is listed under Enlisted Careers but not as a career for and Officer. Does this mean I can only be a PJ if I join out of high school? Thanks!
