Can you help me hook this sound card up to my receiver??

If your receiver supports it you can turn on the digital output feature of your sound card through the driver software and connect it to the digital input of your receiver. If not, but your receiver has separate RCA or direct wire connections for each channel than you can get adapters from radioshack to go from each of the audio card outputs to the correct receiver inputs according to how the output is configured in your audio cards management program. If your receiver only supports optical input surround sound your out of luck because your sound card doesn't provide it.
