I have a pup with club rear feet and i need to know what I can do for him?

Hes a 3 week old sheltie and the sheltie book says theyll straighten out by the time hes walking but 1 is really bad and im really worried .i will not put him down as hes a beautiful sweet puppy.I just need to know if it can be braced or what. please all help appreciated.We love him and I do know a lady that takes in all puppies with any kind of problem and lete them have the best life they can have for as long as they can but i want him to have as normal a life as possible.Can it be braced for a few weeks until it straightens out? help please. thank you
