Is this a good idea for a tv series?

I have an idea for a comedy tv series but I don't know if it's any good I'm eiether going to call it "Meet Paula" or "Paula's State of the Union" I'm sure yet you can decide which one you like. I have also had some actors in mind for each of the characters I will put the names of the actors beside each characters during the description. The series is going to follow a suburban wife and mother named Paula (Iris Bahr) who is reaching the age of forty and is adjusting to being a stay at home mother and wife after quiting her job as a nurse to take care of the house and family she saying for it is "No said it was easy being a stay at home mom. (sarcastically said) It's the toughest job in the world" She is supported by her hard working husband, Craig (Robb Wells) who works as a maintenence man. Paula also trys not to let her perfect mother, Donna (Debra Jo Rupp) drive her crazy. Paula tries to bond with her out of control and hormonal daughter, Tracey (Evan Rachel Wood or Nicole Paggi) and her slacking son, Logan (haven't thought of the actor for him yet). And Paula sets out try new things, things she never done before. Is this a tv series that people would like enough to watch? I would like to hear your answers.
