Proactive Refining Mask - should I use it?

I already have two bottles of it at home from my sister who stopped using it because Proactive simply didn't work for her, but it did work on my other friend. Anyways, I read that it isn't that good what so ever and it's great. My skin only has pimples, no black heads, it never was dry before but always soft, most pimples appear on my forehead and there's a few scars. With a skin like this, would you recommend the Refining Mask? If not, what do you recommend?
