Where can I find Eduardo in Foster's Big Fat Awsome House Party online game?

According to the game you can only do favors for Mac, Eduardo, Frankie, and Wilt. I know exactly where Mac, Frankie and Wilt are, but still have not found Eduardo. I have looked all outside and inside the house from the basement to the observatory in all the rooms plus bathrooms on each floor.
