Where is Sirius stock (SIRI) headed after announcement of plans to aquire XM?

Will we see a jump tomorrow and if so, how much do you predict? And of course there are many hurdles to go through, if the merger is ever even okayed.. but do you see another jump at that point if it does come? Just a holder looking for opinions.
